QMS:
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our operations, SOHATRAM GROUP has implemented its Quality Management System (QMS) across all four entities of the Group, initially initiated with ISO 9001 and OHSAS in 2010, followed by ISO 14001 in 2015. In 2018, ISO 9001 and 45001 standards were updated and migrated to the 2015 and 2018 versions.
SOHATRAM ensures that its policy objectives are met by achieving, measuring, and analyzing results that align with them. Our Quality Management System is established in compliance with normative requirements and applies to all of our activities.
Additionally, this demonstrates a genuine dedication to continuous improvement for the long run, which is annually confirmed through control and customer audits. Management ensures that processes are implemented with all necessary resources and take into consideration customer requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, alongside staff awareness to achieve objectives across all our activities.
